Delivery & Production

Are your products made to order?

Most of our signage is made to order.

Panel signs are printed after your order is placed so we can ensure the correct size, material, and finish.
Some products, such as reflective safety tapes, are stocked items and will typically dispatch sooner.

How long does production take?

As a general guide:

  • Most signage orders: approximately 3–5 business days from order receipt
  • Stock items (e.g. Hi-Vis tapes): usually dispatch sooner

Production times can vary depending on order volume, material selection, and finishing requirements. If your order is time critical, we recommend getting in touch before placing your order.

When do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch orders daily.

Orders are shipped using an appropriate carrier service based on order size, destination, and delivery requirements, within standard carrier delivery networks. This may include:

  • Australia Post
  • FedEx (formerly TNT)
  • Local courier services for Perth metro deliveries

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer express or urgent orders?

If you require an urgent turnaround, please contact us prior to ordering. While we can’t guarantee expedited production for all jobs, we’ll always advise what’s achievable.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and product type.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $180 Australia-wide
  • A flat $20 shipping fee applies to orders under $180
  • Some oversized or heavy items may attract higher freight charges, which are calculated and shown at checkout

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched after production is complete.

  • Most signage products are made to order
  • Stock items (such as reflective hi-vis tapes) typically dispatch sooner
  • Orders are dispatched daily once ready

You’ll receive tracking details when your order leaves our facility.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are calculated from dispatch, not from order placement. As a general guide:

  • Perth metro: 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Regional WA: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier and destination.

Orders & Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because most signage is produced to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has commenced.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

I can’t find what I need — do you do custom signage?

Yes.

If you’re looking for a different size, material, finish, or a completely custom sign, please get in touch. We design and manufacture custom signage daily across industrial, construction, mining, and commercial environments.
