Are your products made to order?
Most signage is made to order to ensure the correct size, material, and finish are supplied.
Some stocked products, such as reflective tapes and selected hardware items, may dispatch sooner.
How long does production take?
As a general guide:
- Most signage orders: approximately 3–5 business days
- Stock items: typically dispatch sooner
Production times may vary depending on order volume, material selection, and finish requirements.
When do you dispatch orders?
Orders are dispatched daily once production is complete.
Shipping carriers are selected based on destination, order size, and delivery network suitability. Services may include:
- Australia Post
- FedEx (formerly TNT)
- Local courier services for some Perth metro deliveries
Tracking details are provided once orders are dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
Orders over $180 qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee, with some oversized items attracting higher freight charges calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Perth metro: 1–2 business days
- Regional WA: 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier networks and destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because most signage is produced to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has commenced.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
What is your returns policy?
Because many products are made to order, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once production has commenced.

Products & Materials
What materials are your signs made from?
Most panel signs are supplied on rigid metal substrates suitable for industrial, commercial, construction, and site environments.
Material selection may vary depending on the product and application.
Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes.
Metal and vinyl signage products are finished with a UV protective laminate to improve durability and outdoor performance in harsh Australian conditions.
Do you offer reflective signs?
Not currently through the online store.
Our standard sign range is presently supplied in non reflective finishes only.
Reflective products are available within our Reflective Safety Tape range, including Class 1X, Class 1, and Class 2 materials suitable for industrial, transport, and mining applications.
Reflective sign variants and additional finish options are planned for future release.
What do Class 1 and Class 2 reflective mean?
Reflective classifications relate to the visibility and performance of the reflective material used.
Different classes are suited to different environments, lighting conditions, and compliance requirements.

Do your signs comply with Australian Standards?
Many products are designed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards where applicable, including AS 1319 and AS/NZS 1906.1.
Specific compliance requirements may vary depending on product type and selected materials.
Are your signs made in Australia?
Yes. Our signage is manufactured in Australia from our production facility in Malaga, Western Australia.
We have been supplying signage to industrial, mining, construction, commercial, and government customers since 1992.
Buying locally supports an Australian manufacturer with practical experience in site, safety, and compliance signage.
Can I order custom signage?
Yes.
We design and manufacture custom signage for industrial, mining, construction, warehousing, traffic management, and commercial environments.
Online custom sign configuration for selected standard templates is currently in development and will be introduced progressively.
