Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as supplied, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom manufactured or produced to order. As such:

Custom signs, printed products, and made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind
This includes products manufactured to a customer’s specification, size, material, or design

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect:

Custom or made-to-order signage
Printed products approved prior to manufacture
Digital files or downloadable products

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos where applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items where they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. Exchanges for change of mind are not offered on custom or made-to-order products.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
